For cancellation and refund;

 

The product you want to return must be sent back in its original packaging, without opening the locked packaging, within 7 days after the date of receipt.

 

Product must be returned as received delivery.

 

It must be sent back together with the invoice sent.

 

Returns of products that are damaged, unpacked, torn, used, crushed during return cannot be accepted.

 

The cost of cargo shipments made without notifying thesnackhaus.com belongs to the member. In case of sending a return/exchange with a cargo company other than the cargo company we are working with, the shipping fee cannot be covered by us.

 

Only thesnackhaus.com should be contacted for products that are requested to be returned/exchanged.

 

All exchange/return requests must be reported to thesnackhaus.com and Haus Gıda San. Trade It should be shipped to be forwarded to AŞ.

 

Thesnackhaus.com attempts to return the product price to the customer’s credit card or account within 7 days of receipt of the invoice and products. thesnackhaus.com is not responsible for the problems that may occur by the bank in the return of the product price.

It is not possible to return disposable products that cannot be returned due to their nature.

After the products you want to return reach us, the return process is started. The duration of this process varies from 3 to 7 days. You will be contacted for your return, which is reviewed by the returns department, and one of the processes is to send a new product, refund or create a gift certificate, depending on your preference.

 

1- Incorrect delivery of the order delivery address…

 

All the purchases you have made on our site are delivered by the cargo company by calling your address a second time if you are not present at the delivery address you have given at the time of order.

 

If the delivery address you have given is incorrect (the relevant street, apartment, flat is not available), or if the recipient does not reside at the address and is not recognized by the residents of the building, your package will be taken to the nearest cargo branch to the address and the error in the address will be corrected by calling the cargo company officials. will be requested. Your package will be delivered to your new address free of charge, provided that the new address you provide is within the same city.

 

In case the cargo company officials cannot reach you by phone, the customer service representative of our company will use the telephone, fax and e-mail channels you provided during membership, and you will be contacted and requested to correct the address information.

 

If you cannot be reached for 3 days despite all these efforts;

 

The products you have ordered will be delivered to our warehouse. If you still cannot be contacted, the amount you paid will be added to your credit balance by deducting 20 TL, excluding VAT, which is the service fee.

 

Our company does not accept any responsibility for the delays caused by the time taken until we reach you for the correction of the wrong delivery address.

 

2- Sending missing or wrong products to your address…

 

It is a requirement of our responsible service approach to ensure that all of the products you have ordered are received in full and working condition. If, due to some reasons beyond our control, a product that is missing or different from the amount specified in your invoice is delivered, you should record the situation in the witnessing of the cargo officer at the time of receipt of the package. The report must be signed by you and the courier, stating whether the package you received was opened before you or not.

 

When you encounter such a situation, we can supply the missing products in your other order and deliver them to your address. In this case, you do not have to pay any additional shipping charges.

 

In such cases, if you do not immediately call our company and inform and receive the products, we would like to remind you that you will lose the right to return all products after the cargo personnel leaves your address and you will be deemed to have accepted the option of not sending the missing products to your address free of charge.

 

3- Sending damaged products to your address…

 

If the delivered product is visibly damaged due to reasons beyond our control, you must record the situation in the witnessing of the cargo officer at the time of receipt of the package. The report must be signed by you and the courier, stating whether the package you received was opened before you or not.

 

When you encounter such a situation, you can return the damaged product directly to the courier that came with the invoice copy. A duplicate of the damaged product will be provided as soon as possible and sent to your address by us.

 

It does not do this and tests other products other than the damaged product.

We would like to remind you that if you buy a product, you will lose the right to return all products after the cargo staff leaves your address and you will be deemed to have accepted the option of not sending the damaged products to our address free of charge.

The products sold on our site are guaranteed within the scope of the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulations on the Application Principles and Procedures of Distance Contracts.
