WHERE DID WE COME?
Hello, I’m Hazel. Actually I’m a Genetic Engineer but right now my only interest is Foods and a long shelf life I can give them.
My story started in Thailand, 1000 miles from here. In the Far East, where I went in search of a new life, I could not find essential foods for breakfast, such as cheese, milk, bread and olives.
The question of how to take them from Turkey to Thailand was the way for me.
With the technology I learned at the university, I would be able to give foods a long shelf life, prevent them from spoiling and offer the opportunity to transport them all over the world without a cold chain. I started to think about this idea in 2015 and turned it into reality by establishing my own company in 2017. In addition to government grants such as Tubitak and Kosgeb, we continue our activities as the FIRST Freeze Dry machine and FIRST Freeze Dried product manufacturer in Turkey by receiving more than 10 awards.
We have worked with more than 250 types of food, so we can work with almost any type of food, from meat products to dairy products, from fruits to vegetables, to beverages, to cooked foods.
